Terms of Service

These terms apply when you register and pay for the Smart Mosque AI Skills Day. Smart Mosque is a programme operated by Infraly Ltd.

Registration and payment

Entry is £10 per seat. Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the time of registration. Your place is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. Please bring your confirmation with you on the day.

Refunds and transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the event by emailing events@smartmosque.co.uk. Within 7 days of the event, places are non-refundable but you may transfer your seat to someone else, just let us know their name in advance.

Changes or cancellation

We aim to run the event exactly as described, but we may need to change the time, venue or programme. We will tell you by email as soon as possible. If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund.

Conduct

The event is a respectful, family-friendly space. We may decline entry to, or ask to leave, anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

Liability

The event is provided in good faith for learning and benefit. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your place. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
